Shell:
The shell is produced in two sizes (M & L) using ADT-advanced thermoplastic, a blend of thermoplastic resins known for their high crash resistance.
Protective Polystyrene:
The internal polystyrene liner is designed in two sizes (M and L) to optimize ergonomics and provide variable density. This characteristic allows for gradual and progressive absorption of impact energy. While the external shell absorbs most of the energy through deformation, the polystyrene plays a crucial role in absorbing residual energy.
Visor:
The visor is made of polycarbonate and features an anti-scratch treatment. The helmet is equipped with a new tool-free visor removal system. The TT-Course helmet also includes a lock system to secure the visor in the closed position. It is PINLOCK ready for enhanced anti-fog performance.
Ventilation:
The helmet incorporates specific channelings in the polystyrene liner, working in harmony with multiple air intakes to provide optimal ventilation and efficient heat exhaust. The TT-Course helmet features five air intakes on the front and four air extractors under the aerodynamics spoiler.
Inners:
The helmet’s inners are made of soft, breathable bielastic fabric with synthetic fibers that offer high sweat absorption, keeping you fresh and dry. The cheek pads are easily removable, and cheek pads with different thickness options are available.
