Enduristan brings you Pannier Topper. Gives you 12 litres of additional all-weather storage space. This strap-on waterproof expansion bag fits most brands of aluminium panniers while giving you the expanded capacity. 2 D-rings on the exterior to connect the Deluxe Shoulder Strap.
Note: For 36L to 40L panniers, the 12L topper is your best choice.
