Aerodynamic Design: The NF-R helmet underwent rigorous research to achieve optimal aerodynamic performance. It was crafted to offer riders the best shape for enhanced airflow, reliability, and safety. This design collaboration involved aeronautical engineers, innovative software, and wind tunnel testing, ensuring that the helmet’s shape aligns with its purpose.
Homologation: This helmet meets various safety standards, including EECE, JIS, CCC, NBR, CHASS, CNS, PS, and DOT, providing riders with peace of mind.
Shell: The helmet’s shell is constructed from ADT-advanced materials, a blend of thermoplastic resins known for their high crash resistance. It’s available in two sizes: M and L, accommodating different head sizes.
Protective Polystyrene: Inside the helmet, you’ll find a polystyrene liner, available in two sizes (M and L). This design enhances ergonomics and ensures variable density, facilitating gradual and progressive energy absorption during impacts.
Visor: The visor of the NF-R helmet is made from PC (polycarbonate) injected material. It’s anti-scratch and offers optical class 1 clarity. The visor also features variable thickness and is Pinlock Max Vision ready. The user-friendly hook and rotation system allow for convenient visor removal without the need for tools.
Ventilation: The internal polystyrene liner was intricately designed to work harmoniously with the external shell’s air intake. Special channelings on the polystyrene ensure optimal airflow intake and quick exhaust of hot air, keeping the rider comfortable.
Inners: The cheek pads and internal comfort shell are removable, washable, and replaceable. These components are made of premium bi-elastic fabric with specific fibers coupled with sponges featuring open cells. This design promotes excellent airflow, ensuring a fresh and dry interior.
Retention System: The helmet’s retention system is equipped with a micrometric buckle, providing a secure and convenient fastening method.
