Engineering Expertise: KYT collaborated with aeronautical engineers, utilized innovative software, and even employed wind tunnel testing to create a helmet perfectly suited for its purpose.
Homologation: The KYT NF-R helmet is homologated to meet various safety standards, including EECE, JIS, CCC, NBR, CHASS, CNS, PS, and DOT.
Shell: The shell of the helmet is crafted from ADT-advanced, a blend of thermoplastic resins known for their high crash resistance. The NF-R shell comes in two sizes: M and L.
Protective Polystyrene: The internal polystyrene liner is available in two sizes (M and L) to enhance ergonomics and offer variable density. This design allows for gradual and progressive energy absorption during impacts.
Visor: The visor of the NF-R helmet is PC-injected, anti-scratch, and optically class 1. It features variable thickness and is compatible with Pinlock Max Vision for anti-fog capabilities. The visor can be easily removed without the need for tools.
Ventilation: The internal polystyrene liner is designed to work in harmony with external shell air intakes. Special channels in the polystyrene allow for optimal air intake and efficient exhaust of hot air, ensuring excellent ventilation.
Inner Comfort: Cheek pads and the internal comfort shell are removable, washable, and replaceable. They are made of high-quality bi-elastic fabric with specific fibers and open-cell sponges to maximize airflow, keeping the rider fresh and dry.
Retention System: The retention system is equipped with a micrometric buckle for easy and secure fastening.
