Construction: Crafted from two-layer jacket made with Soft handfeel, 500D heavy-duty Nylon fabric.

Impact Protection: D30 armours CE level 2 at shoulders and elbows. Royal Enfield Ergo Protech armours CE level 2 at back. Royal Enfield Ergo Protech armours CE level 1 at Chest. The impact zones are made of 610D polyester Cordura fabric, well-known for its resistance to abrasion, tear, and scuff resistance.

Weather Protection: Ready for any weather, it includes a standalone rain jacket (water resistance 8000MM) and a removable thermal liner, which is sold separately.

Fit: Tailor your experience with adjustable straps on the elbow, sleeves, hips & cuffs, Velcro closures, and a frontal two-way zipper. Heavy-duty large accordions provided for greater comfort and ease of movements. Action back elasticated system for great comfort in hand movement.

Hydration: Stay refreshed on your journey with the integrated 2-liter hydration pack provided with insulated water pouch and tubes. Independent suspension system for the internal Hydration pack.

Ventilation: Multiple zippered pockets for maximum ventilation at the front & back (backed by abrasion-resistant 3D Mesh). Air vents located in the center front, chest, back, forearms, and side seams.

Personalization: Personal badges and customization are possible with the Velcro patch provided. ID card pocket is included. Loop to hang sunglasses while off the saddle.

- Side zippers and large zippered back for exhaust ventilation.

WASH & CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
- Remove all protection – the armours.
- Close all zippers.
- Brush off the dust with a soft cloth/dry brush for better cleaning.
- Hand wash: Immerse in mild detergent & warm water and wash.
- Machine wash: use mild detergent and avoid intensive rinse wash.
- Avoid using bleach and fabric softeners.
- Dry in the shade – allow all water to drip from the gear, keep it away from direct heat.
- Do not wring.
- Do not iron.
