The Yoshimura Carbon Fiber Slip-on is designed specifically for the Kawasaki Ninja 1000SX (2020-23), combining performance enhancement with touring and weekend trip capabilities.
The Ninja 1000SX boasts a powerful 1043cc inline 4 cylinder engine, and our focus was on further refining its performance. With the Alpha slip-on, we were able to provide the Ninja with an added boost on the top end. It delivers a 4% increase in maximum horsepower and a 4.7% increase in maximum torque, resulting in an even more exhilarating riding experience.
We also took the sound note into consideration. We understand that riders don’t want a loud, droning sound in their helmet after a satisfying ride. The Alpha slip-on provides an ear-pleasing tone that lets others know you’re there without overwhelming noise. Additionally, we managed to save weight with the Alpha carbon sleeve version, removing nearly 6 pounds from the rear of the new Ninja 1000.
